Kristal Studios SMS Terms

Program. KRISTAL STUDIOS LLC (Kristal Studios) sends text messages to people who opt in, about their portrait session application, session booking, reservation fee payment, appointment reminders, Zoom viewings, order and delivery updates, and conversations with our studio team (you can text us photos of your dog). We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How to opt in. (1) On our application form — on our website or in our ads — check the optional box “Yes, text me my application result, appointment and order updates (optional)”. (2) Or say yes when our studio team asks on a recorded call: “Can Kristal Studios text you updates about your session and order from our studio number? Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime. Our terms and privacy policy are on kristalstudios.com. Is that a yes?” (3) Or text START to our studio number. Each way, you get a confirmation text first. Opting in is not required to apply or purchase. If you text our studio number, we will reply to you.

Frequency. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages around each appointment or order.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
