We will only use your information to respond to you, and we will not share it with anyone outside of our company unless it is absolutely necessary to satisfy your request, such as shipping an order. We can contact you by email in the future, unless you request otherwise, to inform you of specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security We take steps to keep your details secure. Your information is secured both online and offline when you upload sensitive information through the Site. Wherever confidential information is collected, it is encrypted and transmitted to us via secure servers using “SSL” protocols. Where needed, we’ve included popular indicators of protected functionality, such as a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser.

We secure confidential information transmitted electronically with encryption, but we also protect your information offline. Access to personally identifiable information is restricted to employees who use it to perform a particular job (for example, billing or customer service). Personal identifying information is stored on computers and servers that are maintained in a safe environment.

Registration To use this Site Online Portal, a user must first fill out the registration form. A user is expected to provide certain details during registration (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products and services on our site that you have expressed interest in. Orders, Payments, Refunds On our order form, we ask for details from you. You must have contact details (such as your name and mailing address) as well as financial information to purchase from us (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used to process your orders and bill you. If we have trouble processing an order, we will contact you using this information. If an order is purchased on a Payment Plan you will then authorize us to use your dedicated Credit Card for any future charges until the order balance is paid off in full. There is no ‘Change of mind’ or Refund policy on Orders placed during your Viewing session unless stated otherwise.

Disputes and Concerns If our client has an issue or concern then such issue must be first Initiated with KRISTAL STUDIO to achieve a resolution. If (and only if) the resolution can not be made we might use some collected data to prove our case to various third parties, i.e. Financial Institution or Protective services or Lawyers.

Third Parties Please be aware that some of our business partners may use cookies or other methods to monitor and target your use of our website (advertisers, for example). We, on the other hand, have no access to or power over these cookies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please be aware that we have no control over the content or privacy policies of third-party websites. When our users leave our site, we allow them to be aware of their surroundings and to read the privacy statements of every other site that collects Identifiers.

Advertising and Analytics Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. When you apply on our website, we share your email address and name with Meta (Facebook) in a hashed form so that Meta can tell us whether our ads reached you. We never share your mobile number or your text-message consent. You can limit ads based on this information in your Facebook ad settings.

Information Surveys & Contests Our site can from time to time ask for information through surveys or contests. You have full discretion about whether or not to participate in these surveys or contests, and therefore whether or not to reveal information requested by such surveys or contests. Contact information (such as name and mailing address) and demographic information may be requested (such as zip code, age level). The winners’ contact details will be used to contact them and award prizes. The results of the survey will be used to track and improve the site’s usage and satisfaction.

Text Messaging (SMS). If you opt in to text messages from KRISTAL STUDIOS LLC (Kristal Studios), on our application form or by saying yes on a recorded call with our studio, we use your mobile number to send messages about your application, appointments, reservation fee, Zoom viewing, order and delivery, and to text with you. Photos you choose to text us are used to prepare for your session. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing info@kristalstudios.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Updates Our Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time, and any changes will be posted on this website.
